This training program, consisting of a meticulously crafted 40-hour module, aims to equip students with the necessary skills for securing employment and adapting to the ever-changing demands of the future. Additionally, since its inception, the program has successfully placed a substantial number of students in reputable organizations through Job Utsav. The Mahindra group fully sponsors the expenses associated with the training and job placements as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

Cost-Free Training: The Mahindra groups CSR contribution covers the complete cost of training and placements, ensuring that participants can access the program without any financial burden.
