Final-year students from government colleges and ITIs go through structured, employability-focused training modules covering communication, workplace readiness, and core job skills.

We run recruitment drives across states, bringing verified employer partners face to face with candidates who match their hiring needs.
Place
From interview coordination to offer letters and onboarding support, our team stays involved until a candidate is placed and settled into their new role.
Training that opens doors for women
Every drive includes candidates from government colleges and ITIs who've come up through our employability training - communication, workplace readiness, and the confidence to walk into an interview room. 62,428+ of the students registered on this platform are women, many the first in their family to train for a corporate job.
From training room to job offer
We stay involved from the interview to the offer letter to the first day on the job. 115+ women have been placed with employer partners through this program so far - a number that grows with every drive.
