About MPC Placements

A Naandi Foundation initiative helping underprivileged youth turn vocational training into stable, dignified careers.

Our mission

MPC Placements exists to close the gap between skilled young people and the employers who need them. Every year, thousands of students graduate from government-run colleges, polytechnics, and Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) with real, employable skills — but without the networks or exposure to reach the employers who are hiring. We build that bridge.

Working state by state, our placement coordinators partner with colleges to identify final-year students, run readiness and soft-skills training, and organise recruitment drives that bring employers directly to candidates. The result is a placement pipeline that is free for students and low-friction for hiring partners.

Who we serve

Final-year students from government and government-aided colleges, polytechnics, and ITIs across India — many of them first-generation job seekers from underprivileged communities.

How we work

A dedicated team of placement coordinators manages outreach, training coordination, employer relationships, and drive logistics in every state we operate in.

Why it matters

A first job is often the single biggest turning point in a young person's life. We aim to make that turning point accessible to everyone who has earned it, regardless of their background.

Our approach

Register — Students register with the program through their college or a placement drive.
Train — Short, focused readiness training covers interview skills, workplace expectations, and communication.
Match — Coordinators match candidates to open roles from our employer partners based on location, qualification, and interest.
Place — We support candidates through interviews, offer letters, and onboarding, and stay in touch after they join.
